Keeping up-to-date as the industry evolves is critical. To that end, continuing education is something I value highly. At least twice a month I attend seminars to update my financial knowledge and mortgage loan guidelines.
For many years I have held membership with our industry's most venerable trade associations: National Association of Mortgage Brokers; California Association of Mortgage Brokers; National Association of Professional Mortgage Women; National Notary Association. My license is monitored by the California Department of Real Estate, and must be renewed every four years by meeting educational requirements and passing related exams.
Local membership affiliations include: Greater Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce; Tehachapi Area Association of Realtors; Antelope Valley Chambers of Commerce; South East Kern Board of Realtors; American Association of University Women, Tehachapi Mountain Branch.
